At Ubichem Pharma Services we have experience in a wide variety of chemistries, with particular expertise in heterocyclic and organometallic chemistry. We made many nitrogen-containing heterocycles including

along with more elaborate bicyclic and polyheterocyclic ring systems such as

With facilities to undertake cryogenic reactions at up to 1,000 litre scale we routinely handle
- Grignard reagents
- Organozinc reagents
- Hexyl lithium
- Metal hydrides
We also have much experience in metal-mediated coupling reactions such as Suzuki, Sonagashira and Heck reactions, and solving problems in relation to removal of residual metals.
Synthesis and manufacture of materials without a UV-chromophore is also an area where we have expertise. In such cases, for example sugar analogues, or compounds with long lipophilic chains, we utilise Corona CAD HPLC detectors to determine purity.
